energy report does not show the assigned customer?

there is a problem within the DCO.

The energy report is not showing the correct assignment of the customer to the rack pdu’s.

The assigned racks are still showing in the “all” list and not under the customer.

Pdu’s are correctly assigned to the customer XXXX. However in the energy report the assignment does not work. (even after 48h)

Would it be possible to ask for the following data:

1- Server logs, (can be downloaded form the webmin interface, StuxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > Download log files)

2- latest backup file

3- screen captures & detailed description illustrating the issue.

Hi Lukas,

Do you mean the Energy Cost Report? This report does not assign power measurements and energy costs based on the assigned customers, you will have to add tags (with customer names) on the racks.
