Hi Ole,
Log in to your ITA web client, click on your top right profile icon > Download,
and then select your appropriate operating system (such as Windows 64-bit):
Please notice as the notification says the client installers are hosted on our cloud server, so your laptop/client workstation must have internet access.

Hi, thanks for the advice. My issue was that our server does not have internet access but fortunatelly enough I received the links from the Schneider Esupport so I am back on track again!
