I'm getting a timeout when I go to:
https://
What port is this URL using? Our firewall currently only allows ports 80 and 443, so if the above URL is via a different port, I need to know which one to have firewall opened up.

Hi Joe,
HTTP/HTTPS protocol is using the ports 80/443 (https://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/display/UADCO8x/StruxureWare+Data+Center+Operation+Network+F...), that should be the same port(s) used for the web-client and server Webmin interface. If you are able to access via web-client/webmin, then perhaps it might be browser (or browser cache) related issue. Try a different browser (such as Chrome) with it's cleared cache.
Kind regards
