I have a situation where I have scheduled 3 devices for removal from different racks in the datacentre. Upon closing the work order, 2 devices have successfully moved into their stores area but the third remains in the rack with the greyed out colour and arrow indicating it is destined for a move. I cannot understand why the last server has not moved and what is more I cannot move it as it is pending a move in the 'completed' work order?
Any ideas on this one?

Hi Nigel,
Would it possible to ask for a copy of the backup file + screen capture illustrating the problem & location of the device , then I can take a look. I will send you an invite to my =S= box folder shortly, so the data safely can be shared with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Nigel,
I sent you a direct message moment ago,
I have now looked into the provided data (which was provided this week)
It appears basically the work order task to move xxx010 from U-26/B04... to Deleted Devices location have not been executed.
There were no errors or exceptions in log files concerning that work order, however that is certainly not executed yet.
As illustrated, the Arrow on the device is an indication of work order:
How to resolve it:
It can easily be fixed, just right click on the device (xxx010 in U-26), and then select the option says “Execute Planned Change”:
Kind regards
