Dear Schneider Team.
We are currently using Babel Buster Gateway Converters to translate signals into SNMP.
Being that the use of Gateways requires Customization (basically assigning a signal to each OID), would there be a way for you to generate a ddf file if the mapping is provided?

Yes, of course it's possible: for this there is a special page Device Support on EcoStruxure IT. For example, a simple search for the key phrase "babel" produces the following result:
That is, at least the BabelBuster-MGE SP-PDU is already supported by DCE software. And by clicking on the button I WANT IT TOO within one business day you will be sent a web-link to download the DDF-file.
But if a 3-rd party device, for example, like your Babel Buster Gateway Converters is not yet supported by DCE software, then you can easily create a Device Request. How to correctly do this is well written in topic .
