Hi Kedibone,

There are some screen captures, but no descriptions. Apparently, as notification says, either the address specified is an invalid address, or the connection timed out. Enter a valid IP address, or increase the connection timeout (default 10 seconds) and try again:

Hi Jef

The IP address in this instance is not a problem, When i try to ping the IP address i can be to to ping it, also on the Web Client i  can access with the IP Address. My main problem is when i start creating floor layouts/add groups and try to save the changes it does not save, and pops out the errors i have screenshot.

Hi Kedibone,

If you could provide the following data:

copy of the backup file

screen captures illustrating how to produce

client application.log file (located in C:\Users\\.isxo\8.x\Operations\application.log)

server logs (collected from server webmin interface > StruxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > Download log files)

then I will take look and see how it can be resolved.

I have send you an invite (from my =S= box) moment ago, so the data (if you would) could be shared safely with me, thanks.
