One our customer has procured virtual activation license key and now they don't want to go for virtual server or our physical server(AP94xx). They want to procure physical server from outside and want us to configure it .is it possible and if yes what could be the specification and procedure.

Hi Atul,
The 2 options we provide are the Dell servers we provide with the basic, standard, and enterprise offerings for hardware and the VM option. We do not support any other servers as we do not include drivers for other hardware. This is noted in K-base FA239972. Basically it may work or it may not, we won't install it and don't support it. Additionally, there would be no purchase at that point either. There is no way we can support other hardware as we will not be building new versions based on specific customer hardware requirements. If they need their own hardware, they must purchase a server, VMware, and the AP94VMACT along with the free AP94VMTRL.
Plans for future versions (8.x and higher) are currently such that it will be an install-able software rather than the software included in an operating system. At that point, they will purchase their own hardware, the supported operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and then install the app on top of that. I have no time frame for this option though. It will potentially be mid 2016 or even later, I can't really say.
