I am trying to do a full backup on 7.2.0 and have tried three times - each time it runs for about 1 hour and gets to 96% or 98% and stays there for 3 hours after that I cancel and tried again? any ideas? I am backing up files to directory folder under my C:documents and I already did a successful config backup.

Hi Chris,
Basic troubleshooting steps would be things like trying to back up to a different location. If a config backup works (also a good step) you know you have the proper rights and there is no corruption at least in the config portion. You may want to also try a purge of the data currently on the server. If this is a hardware server, you may also want to try a computer on the private LAN so no network interference can be causing the issue.

How much storage is it trying to back up? It could take awhile and don't expect the percentages to move up consistently. Ours Jumps up quickly to 98% and then sits there for a few hours also and then finishes after about 4 to 4.5 hours.
