After upgrade netbotz 750 to fw 5.1.0.31 can't connet to it, i have reset nb750 after upgrade but the issue persit. How can solve that issue?

Are you able to ping the IP address of NBRK0750 appliance?
Are you not able to access the web UI? do you see any error message when you are trying to access the web UI?
If your web browser does not show the user name and password login prompt and it just hanged, then try the below k-base document recommendation and see if it helps.

If it does not help, then I would suggest try resetting the appliance to factory defaults and see if you are able to re-configure the appliance and access the web UI as described in the below k-base.
