I have a customer who has six downflow CRAC units as a system cooling in a room next to the data center room and the cool air is flowing under the floor with cold aisle containment and perforated floor tiles. How can I simulate this cooling system in DCO?
Best regards,
Enric

Hi Enric,
I believe since 7.4, downflow CRACs can be placed outside of the room and still be part of the cooling calculations in the room. see for example the following page:
What is new in StruxureWare Data Center Operation 7.4
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
I also believe that but I've tried it and I cannot get the expected results.
There is any consideration to set this type of cooling?
