Hi,
You can't change the MTU manually on the Rack PDUs or any APC Network Management Card embedded device.
Note, the issue is fixed in AOS 6.3.3 or higher. The current release for Rack PDUs is AOS v6.3.2 and rpdu2g APP v6.3.3. Thus, the current version doesn't have the fix because the AOS (APC Operating System) is only 6.3.2 and the app is the one with v6.3.3.
New firmware for the 2G Rack PDUs will be available within a few weeks from now containing the fix for the issue linked below I presume you're asking about. It will be AOS 6.4.0/rpdu2g app v6.4.0.

The temporary workaround in the article is to change the MTU on the PC as it cannot be modified on the device itself.
