Hello,
I'm trying to connect to SWO with a remote connection and the client always is stopped when is loading base model services. How can I solve this problem?

Based on the logs it would appear that the client is not able to download needed files from the server over the network.

com.apc.dsmf.client.webservices.event.QueueRemoteEventException: Unable to subscribe for events. This is likely due to a network issue.
I would recommend that the customer verify that the ports that are indicated in the URL below are open over VPN.
