Netbotz 201 unable to discover AP9520TH  connected sensor 6,but after firmware upgrade discover only 2 sensor (Sensor Model No: AP9520th Sr# ZA1444015023),

Netbotz 201 total 5 nos 

sensor AP9520Th total 26 no phase issue all netbotz

Hello Ajay,

Below are a few recommendation to check prior to contacting technical support. The AP9520T/TH are A-link device that require the following 

1. Cat-5 cabling to connect the probe to the Netbotz 200/201 A-link port
2. Manually assigning a A-link ID using the dip switches located on the top of the unit 
   1. By default the dip switches should have been set to position 1 but I have seen them shipped with all dip switches in the on position. . Being that the NetBotz 200/201 can only support 12 A-link devices, if the dip switches are set higher then 12 this would prevent the 201/200 from being able to read the probe.
   2. Please see the manual for the AP9520T/TH for dip switch settings and explanation 

If you encounter an additional resistance please contact your local technical support team because there might be some internal hardware issues with either the 200 of the probes themselves.
