Hi Gono,
As per KBase FA158359, the 570 should be using BotzWare 4.2 or later in order to support that modem. Please check that the BotzWare is u to date.
If you had one of those modems working before, check if it was using different firmware to the one you have now.
Regards

Hi Gono,
Check if the modem is detected in a Windows PC, just to confirm that it is actually working ok.
Try the modem in all of the USB ports in the 570. If you have other devices in the other USB ports, maybe try removing them, and then connect the modem on it's own.
If that doesn't work, you may have to try a format of the 570 itself, using the instructions in FA158175, assuming you haven't done this already.
The last thing to try is to reflash the BotzWare using the TFTP procedure, just in case there is any corruption there. This is covered in FA176133.

Dear Team,
Until now the problem is not finished yet. my question, is the ZTE MF 100 driver different? because there are some modems detected and not detected. we've tried on the computer and the modem is working normally.
BR,
Gono

Dear Gono ,
I'm also interested in this topic...
More details about the current status of the modem can also be found on the special debug web-page of your NetBotz appliance: http://NetBotz_address/pages/modem.html
With respect.

Dear asep Supriadi,
I hope, you certainly replaced phrase NetBotz_address with the real IP-address of your NetBotz-4.x appliance?
With respect.
