The setting that I have mentioned will show the current date and time of the DCE server as shown in the image below:
However, if what you are looking for is an area on the DCE client that will show the set time (in real-time) I believe this is not available.

Hi Jared,
The time settings of the DCE appliance can be seen under System->Server Administration Settings->Time Settings from the DCE software client.
This is also where you can set the DCE as an NTP Server, change regional settings, time settings, and more importantly set the DCE appliance's date and time.
