I have installed the modular PDU and connected it to DCE successfully. When the device appears in DCO it says that it matches a different modular PDU than the one I am using and I can not associate it to the correct modular PDU.
How can I solve this issue?

Hi!
I believe that it's because PDU have "Modular PDU" model on your screen shot.
I suppose that serial numbers in DCO model was not configured.
DCO need Model-Name-Serial Number matching to automatic association.
Now you can associate devices manually: select PDU on the floor plan, then right-click on uassociated device at the left pan and select "Associate"

Hello Olle
Can you share some screenshots of the device as it appears in DCO and the device its matching too? On the DCO side can you provide a screenshot of the device details as they are reported by DCE?
When DCO matches an external device to an item in DCO it will compare the item make and model, then device specific information like the device name, serial number, bar code, IP address and so on. The make and model will match against items in your local genome library.
Are there similarities in any of the above items to the item its actually matching to?
Regards
Greg Sterling

The issue is that it should not be matching the 100kVA Modular PDU that is 600mm wide. It should match the 277kVA Modular Remote Power Panel that is 300mm wide which is already in my genome and on my floorplan.
