Jef Faridi Is there any expiry for the work order request that is been created
suppose if a customer creates a work order and it not processed for like 2 weeks and then its automatically rejected or deleted when its duration is expired
Can we keep a duration in terms of a work order, a particular time for approvals ?
Thanks and regards

Hi Waseem,
The created work orders will not be deleted - work order(s) can have the following status:
Not started
In progress
Completed
Cancelled
Work Orders tab and Analytics Changes would display the status of the created work orders in the system.
Kind regards
