Anybody knows if there is any web service for creation of a work order on DCO from an external system? Our customer has a 3rd-party ticketing system and wants to be able to create a work order on DCO automatically through a web service.
The list of the web api services does not show such a web service:

Correct. I have pasted my response from your other similar question below. The ability to create workorders should come in the form of a REST api call in a future release. We cannot offer a timeframe for the release as of now.
Far as I know there is no mechanism in the ETL or REST frameworks to add workorders to DCO yet. Workorder creation is currently limited to the DCO desktop client.
At some point in the future this capability will move to the web client, at which point I expect you'd be able to create work-orders through a REST api call.

Thanks Greg. A readily available integration has been implemented with the BMC Remedy 8.1 ticketing system:
I am sure there should be a way to create a Work Order on DCO from 3rd party systems? Any idea how this has been implemented? Was it with ETL integration?
