SQL Statement to Create Work Order

Anyone knows if there is any database statement, in order to create a work order from a 3rd-party system? Our customer has a ticketing system and wants to be able to create a work order on DCO from that system.

Hello Nikolaos.

Far as I know there is no mechanism in the ETL or REST frameworks to add workorders to DCO yet. Workorder creation is currently limited to the DCO desktop client.

At some point in the future this capability will move to the web client, at which point I expect you'd be able to create work-orders through a REST api call.
