Hi Team!
Where I can find links for DCE firmware catalog?
It's absent on product support pages on apc.com.
Does that mean that offline mass upgrade is not supported now?

Hi Valentin,
I downloaded from the link I recently gave you and checked the gollowing directory:
StruxureWareDataCenterExpertFWCatalog.zip\NetBotzV3\
There is another folder marked \4_5_1_20151117_1714\
I then checked one of my DCE servers for it's NetBotz , it's current application,
It appears to show the 4.5.1is unavailable however I have not yet added the catalog:
I then added the catalog from that link and the upgrade is available:
You are using the 2nd link I provided correct? The one from April 4th?

Hi Valentin,
You may have noticed changes in the APC web pages and I believe at least in part that is the reason it can not be found. In any case, I have informed product management about this issue so that they can work towards getting the official link back on the web page either under software downloads or on the product pages. IN the meantime, I have a box link that you can use. The latest catalog file is from December so if you had updated since then, you probably already have the most recent catalog. I have also asked that a new one be generated but I have not see that yet. Once it is created, I will put that on box as well if it is not available as it should be. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi Valentin, They made a new catalog over the weekend so while we're waiting for it to hit the web (hopefully), I thought I'd share it here: https://schneider-electric.box.com/s/1i3bqtgxmr8km7q66zpaayhak6y9gemy Let me know if you have any issues with it. Thanks, Steve

Sorry Steve! You are absolutely right. It's present in firmware catalog. I was incorrect in my comment! I mean that firmware files are absent on product support page at apc.com. Latest version on apc.com is 4.5.0
