Hi,
Good Day!
Our DCO Mobile application is crashing after opening the application and try to select either "Asset Management" or "Rack Audit" function. It used to work earlier.
I am from Hewlett Packard Enterprise(HPE) and we are partners of HPE and not end customer. Our team works with Schneider and propose SE solutions to customers.
Regards,
Jagadeesh

Hi Jagadeesh,
According to the logs, it seems the device is unable to establish connection to the network. Furthermore concerning the device itself (motorola mc9190g), I have no information about this device if supported. As far as I know, the supported/tested devices are listed here:
Installing StruxureWare Data Center Operation: Mobile on the Mobile Device
You've mentioned, it used to work earlier - I was wondering perhaps it was a different device being used earlier?
Kind regards

hi,
Good Day!
This application used to run in MC9190, not sure about the DCO version may be it was 7.4.5. Any way now I tried to run it in MC75A device (again it's not approved device) but it is updated version of MC70, which is approved.
Network connectivity is working fine. I downloaded DCO Mobile through IE browser in the device and installed it. Attached latest log for your reference.ApplicationLog[1].txt

Hi Jagadeesh, Based on the logs, apparently every time client tries to get alarms in, the application crashes. We have been testing this (with and without alarms) the last few days without being able to reproduce. However I was wondering if it is possible for you to test the mobile device without any alarms (ex. DCO without external systems/DCE) to verify if alarms have anything to do with the issue seeing on your side, thanks. Kind regards
