Hi
I have to model a Uniflair SDCV0250A unit in operations what should i choose CRAC or CRAH?
Second thing is that on all templates we have there's no network conection possible nor do i see any airflow and cooling power settings. they are only shown in the apc downflor crac but this can only be used for double floor setups.
The units will be monitored over Modbus TCP/IP in the DCE.
Please advice,
Thanks

Hi Ueli,
I would suggest to use a CRAC (or downflow CRAC) in DCO (even though the unit itself might be a CRAH). This is to make sure that the device could be included in the cooling calculations/simulations.
And concerning the second comment, you are right, not all devices are treated as cooling unit(s) (and therefore they don't have the cooling airflow feature, including the CRAH units) and they might not have a power or network features either - but I can capture a feature request for you/customer, if I could have the device name and the feature you/customer would like to be included, thanks.
Kind regards
