we have bought the products mentioned below to be able monitor the Power and Cooling in the datacenter and some MGE Galaxy 300 ups's and some Symmetra PX 48kWh, but APC agent told us that we need to buy extra activation licenses to be able to manage these products, so what are these licenses we need to buy?

Hi Salah,
AP9465 is a StrucureWare Data Center Expert server that comes standard with a pre-installed 25 node license. If you are only monitoring 2 devices /IPs, you need no other licenses. Think of a node as an IP so an environmental unit with a sensor pod share the same IP and would be considered a single node. It is suggested that you get support contracts for the server or any other licenses you may require in the future. This will entitle you to tech support as well as any available server updates.
Thanks,
Steve.
