Dear all,
I am trying to generate network summary report using DCO 8.1, using Tags as filter. I have confirmed the tags has been assigned to both patch panel / network switches but when I choose the corresponding tag and generates Network Summary Report, it shows empty results.
However, if i didn't choose any tag and generates report, the report able to show all the result for the particular room.
I tested in DCO 8.2.2 and it shows the same result.
Sample tags assigned to patch panel
Empty result if tag choosen
Does anyone experienced this issue before? Did I missed out anything?
Thanks and regards,
TJ

Hi TJ,
Can be reproduced, as you've described Network Summary reports based on tags doesn't seem to work and generating an empty page. I have logged an enhancement case for this, the case no. is DCO-10444 (for internal reference).
Thanks,
Kind regards
