No update to DDF change request since March 13

I made a request to add alarms to DSE7420 DDF since March. Should I send a new change request?

Hello Yang,  I apologize that this request has not been updated since March.  Do you have a request number that you can share so that I can look into this for you?  You mentioned "DSE7420", did you mean DCE 7.4.2?  Which specific alarms and/or DDF were you looking to have changed?

Thanks.
