Be thorough. Here are some guidelines to help you get the most out of the forum:
• Describe your problem as thoroughly as possible when you ask a question, and attach pictures if necessary. But keep in mind that this is an open forum. Don't share passwords, IP addresses, and other sensitive information. 
• Choose the label that best suits your question and then add message tags to elaborate on the type of issue - e.g. configuration, security, bug, etc.

Be respectful. We all get frustrated now and then, but that’s no excuse for bad behavior. Personal attacks, insults, harassment, and other exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.

Hi there,

Can you please explain what happened to previous StruxureWare Expert & Operation forum, why transition took so long, and where are all the previous questions/issues/tickets? It was a good knowledge base and a reference point.

There's an ongoing effort to gather all Schneider forums in one place which is here on Exchange. The migration of content has proven a difficult task and is something we're still working on. We decided to open the forum without content, but with the same team here ready to support you. 

We hope for your patience while we work on making the questions and answers available to you here on Exchange.

Thank you for getting back to me on this.

As a person working on a daily basis with SE software, all the issues discussed and solved here are extremely important as a reference point and practical knowledge base.

I appreciate the fact that systems migration can be difficult (for whatever reason), but please do not throw idea of restoring previous content away, make it available for us back again.

Glad to see you here!

You can manage your settings by clicking your profile picture in the top right > My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification Settings. Here you can choose daily or weekly digests for the different types of notifications.

There's a search bar on every page. You can click the arrow on the left to broaden or restrict your search.

To ask a question about Exchange in general, click Support in the menu and then Ask Exchange.
