Hello,
I am trying to connect a NBES0302 to Door 1 Switch port and also to Door 2, but the Netbotz 250 does not recognize the door switch. Firmware v6.9.6
If the sensor is connected to a Sensor port I see the sensor without a problem.
Please indicate if there is anything that needs to be done so these two ports are activated.
Thank you,
Douglas

If you're connecting the door switch to the 6 "universal ports". They should indeed show up in the system. If you are connecting them to the Door 1 and Door 2 ports (#4):
You must also connect the door handles for them to show up. Those door switches are specific to that rack access section.
Thanks,
Steve
