Hello I am living issues about 3d heat map. Could you please help me about this issue?
1)This 1st floor we don’t have any issue in this flat. I will locate sensor in cabinet. Probably that will solve my problem in this flat.
2)This is first basement floor. you may see picture at the attachment.
The error is one or more rack has server but no airflow. I erased necessary server I solved this problem. But 3d temperature map doesn’t fill color everywhere.
3)The error is insufficient cooling. So the temperature may be inaccurate. Also 3d temperature map doesn’t fill color everywhere. I need help for this issue.

Hello Barlas
In the screenshots you provided you have the "measured plane" button selected. This means the calculation will be based on sensor information in the rooms. When in "measured plane" mode, the 3D view gives each sensor a range of influence which is a few feet from the sensor. This is why there are areas in the few with no color coding as how should a CFD calculated based on measurements in an area of the room there are no sensors within a long distance?
The "calculated pane" in the 3D view will estimate for the entire room based on estimated load and the physical devices in the room whether or not sensors are present.
In the containment systems in screenshot #4, do you have gaps (open areas)? It looks like it based on the screenshot. Containment systems need to be completely filled, so if there are areas where no racks or devices are inside, I would suggest placing an object like a think block in that spot to fill the space between the cabinets on either side of the openings. Containment systems must also be tight around the cabinets inside, so there cannot be spaces between the cabinets and on the ends.
We may need more info to diagnose cooling issues in some of the other rooms.
Regards
Greg Sterling
