Recently, we have problems to log on to DCE server, and have to rebooted VM to solve the problems.

as the tool is very critical to us to monitoring our data centres.

I have a screenshot below, It was one of few issues in past few days. Could you suggest a solution please?

Hi Minh,

I'm not sure where you got these events from but they only appear to show API based errors and really nothing about the DCE server or any of the processes running (or not running) in it. Things like how often the issue occurs, when it started, what exactly the system has for resources, etc. are a few important things that you may want to look at when troubleshooting performance issues.

Again, these appears to be API based errors. Are you only having issues when attempting to connect via the API or is the web page and client also having issues? What version of DCE are you running? How many systems are monitoring DCE? Is it just DCO, do you have other 3rd party systems monitoring it? All these things need to be looked at and if you're not sure where to start, perhaps speaking with tech support directly may be your best bet to start troubleshooting this issue.

You might also double check how the resources/allocations are doing for your VM.   While not the same errors we ran into issues when our VM was running low on memory  DCE - Internal Error occured during "loading model...ActiveAlertMap" is the thread I had created when we started having issues.

Hi Michael, Thanks for your respond. Currently, I'm running DCE -7.3.1 VM, could you help me out how to increase the memory, as StruxurewareCentral.ova is not allowed to edit any configurations Thanks, Minh
