Hi, our customers want to access into DCO, can we give them access to their racks ? We would like limit access  to rack level. Is there any possibility how solve it ?

Hi David,

The current DCO application as we know it, is designed for the provider of the co-location, for more info you might want to visit the following page:

However, we are currently in progress of creating a new product (expected be released during 2015), which is basically designed for the co-location customers (including a rack level access).
