Hi, netbotz 355 is added to DCE and shows sensors and IP, however when attepting to add the image to map view it shows an error message: No cameras are installed. What could be the problem?

Hi Carlos,
When you add a NetBotz or any other device in the monitoring perspective of DCE, it automatically puts the device into the map view. Are you having issues adding the device to DCE? If you've added the device and are trying to edit the map, please describe exactly what you're trying to do.
On another note, have you already contacted support on this matter. I've seen an e-mail that looks quite like this issue and if you are already working with support, they should be able to provide a better and faster experience than what we may be able to do here and we won't be duplicating efforts.
