Uploading Excel file

Hi All,

i'm trying to upload an Excel file to add some assets in my DC but it keeps rejecting it saying that the rack i want to install my asset into doesn't exist, which is impossible as i can see it right in front of me with the exact same name code. Could someone provide me a template in Excel to fill to see if the file itself and not the naming code is the problem?

Hello Silvia, 

please make sure that the name of the room and the name of the row are the same in the excel  template file and in Data Center Operation as well.

Hi Michael,

the "Import Goku" is the unmodified file Roberto gave me, the "Import Vegeta" is another test with just one asset this time with the row name indicated in Struxureware.
