Upgrading disaster recovery and ITO having different version from DCO

Costumer has dco 7.4.5  and DR with different version.even ITO is of not same version. It is running but DR is not responding because of different version. Now how to upgrade DR and Ito and is there any precaution to be taken as it might be in this condition for long time .DCE version is 7.2.6.Should we follow the same procedure as in user assistance or there will be any addition to it customer also has portal.

Hi Atul,

Concerning the DR node, I would actually suggest a fresh DR-setup, eg. a) remove it from the operational DCO, b) install the same version as the operational DCO, and then attach it (as DR node).

By the way, the current release is 7.5, just in case if you/customer should decide to upgrade the product to the latest version (which is recommended).

ITO should be possible to be upgraded (installation package can be downloaded from the DCO download page).

The current release for DCE is 7.2.7, if you/customer would decide to upgrade.

Portal should also be possible to be upgraded (the DCO download page should take you to the installation package).

General note: Collect the latest backup(s) for safe keeping, and as usual run a manual backup just before doing any changes. And follow the official installation instructions/procedures.

Hope this helps & please let me know if you have questions, thanks.

Kind regards

Thanks Jef. I visited the site and found DR was same as DCO version only i notice in dco status is  it was not showing DR attached but in DR webmin  it was showing it is attached as DR to DCO.  I did the   attachment  again and then finally I recvd the DR status in DCO webmin.
