Hi support,
I already know about Updated authentication method on struxureon.com/manage portal. When I first logged in to the above portal from all of the listed authentication methods, I chose a convenient SMS method for me.
But the problem now is that when I try to authenticate with the above portal, I immediately get SMS authentication. I.e., after entering the my login and password, I'm immediately prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code from the SMS. And now I can not choose authentication using QR code or Google, Duo, Auth0 or other authentication.
Is this a bug? What is the problem here?

As you mentioned, currently, the option to go back to choosing a different authentication mode is not there after you have chosen SMS as the authentication mode.
If you wish to change authentication mode then I can reset your multi factor setup and you can start afresh and choose the authentication mode other than SMS. Let me know your email id that you use to login to – struxureon.com/manage

I think the question would be how does a user change their authentication method after their first setup? i.e from SMS to google authenticator etc.
Would be good to have this option under the user setting or profile.

This is true, but in my opinion, the choice of the authentication method should always be available. Otherwise it will be impossible to perform authentication in principle, as in my case: the portal prompts me to enter a 6-digit verification code from SMS, which I physically can not read. I hope I clearly explained?

Yup, agreed with you, which is why I am suggesting that option to be available for user to adjust themselves.

Can you reset the multi factor for my ID again?
Since, due to the problem described in topic , I still can not perform authentication on the management portal (only Use the recovery code helps). I'm currently using the mobile application v. 1.0.47 for Android OS, but this does not solve the problem ☹️.
