We have encountered this issue twice already. Please help us identify what it refers to and how to resolve it?

You might check that you are using the latest device library version. Go to the Administration > Gateways page in IT Expert.

I suggest that you request support. They can look into this and determine whether there is an issue with the DDF or the device. In your request, please include your screenshot, the Gateway serial number (available on the Administration > Gateways page in IT Expert), and the device's IP address.
