Unable to take capture logs from DCE 7.7.0
Dear Team,
Greetings,
Please note while adding IPM Dongles and troubleshooting we got a suggestion to check the DCE capture logs.
Unfortunately we couldn't open the page with capture logs.
Kindly suggest us the next avaialble options to open the same

Hi @Melbindas ,
You'll have to discuss this with tech support directly. There should be a way to get the capturelogs if you are able to either have an SE rep on-site or if tech support is allowed a remote session to gather these logs using root access to the server which is not available to customers.
