Hi all,
We have DCE 7.5 managing 5 Symmetra 160K. When we try to run kWh report, we can't select any sensor so we can't run kWh. Other reports run properly.
How we can do to get kWh reports?
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Dear Josep,
Are you able to view Kwh value as the device sensor value in DCE software for Symmetra PX 160 K under view device sensors value?
In order for the DCE to generate the report of the sensor values, the sensor value should be present in the device for which you are generating the report.
As far as I remember, Symmetra 160 K UPS does not have Energy Kwh value reported via SNMP. If this sensor value is not present, then DCE will not be able to generate the report on Kwh.
I hope it answers your query.
Regards,
Bala
