Recover portal password

I have forgot my portal account name and password

is there any way that i can recover my screen name and password ?

or re-installing is the only option ?

I'm really sorry to disappoint you, as far as I know there is no way to recover/reset portal user password. I agree with you, I think re-installing seems to be the option.
