I am receiving the following on my Android Phone when trying to login to the EcoStruxure IT App:
"Not Connected" "We are not able to connect to EcoStruxure IT, please try again" "Try Again"

I also confirm this for v.1.0.77 mobile app ☹️.
Even after the urgent release of the mobile app hotfix v.1.0.78 problem still exist. Support case opening required...

No, the hotfix release v.1.0.78 was today on 3/8/2019.

also for me not work, another issue is that I cannot access the online app because site ask me second password authentications that not work at last site ask me to enter the securuity code with authenticator but without app it not work...at last he ask me a recovery code, but I don't know it...
