@Lincoln_Darran
We also have an offline catalog available here https://www.se.com/us/en/product/SFSWCDFCF/dce-device-firmware-catalog-file/
or if you have a valid support contract, you can download the firmware catalog + SNS NMC 3.x firmware from the entitlements portal under DCE software updates
https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/csm?id=kb_article_view_cs&sysparm_article=KB0018951
Both of these can be imported into DCE's firmware update menu

Thanks for the info.
But...
The offline catalogue is dated November 2024.
I have a valid support contract so I'll go look at the individual downloads, although for the APDU9953, I'm not convinced I'm being offered the latest version.
The real killer, is that the DCE firmware download and update funtionality is one of the core reasons for paying for support and maintenance. So I can train people on how to use a single interface (DCE) to maintain our 300+ APC (Schneider) UPS, PDU and Surveillance devices.

I'll note that this issue with the online catalog should be fixed any day now and I can post an update here once it is.
the offline catalog in the entitlement portal is the offline firmware catalog + nmc 3.x firmware. So just to clarify it's not individual firmware updates, its a single catalog you import into DCE, similar to if DCE was grabbing it online.
We list additional 3.x firmware in the entitlement portal catalog here https://community.se.com/t5/Data-Center-Expert-release-notes/What-s-new-in-Data-Center-Expert/ta-p/4...
In general, both DCE's offline and online catalog should be very similar and both still lag just slightly behind the individual firmware that's released on APC.com. If you need the latest firmware release, you might still have to update manually vs via DCE

the issue with the updates.apc.com and the DCE online firmware catalog is now resolved. The check for updates button in DCE should now work as expected. DCE 8.2 is an exception due to a known issue where online firmware updates were not working correctly.
