Hi Nisar,
Good day!
The supported modems that can be used with Netbotz v3 (which includes Netbotz 450) are listed on the article from the link below:
http://www.apc.com/au/en/faqs/index?page=content&id=FA158359
Unfortunately, I do not see Multitech Modem USB MTC-H5-B03 on the list of supported modems. However, feel free to consider the modem models listed in the article to ensure its compatibility.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Justine Chester

Dear Nisar Ahmed ,
Finally, make sure that this GSM/GPRS modem model is not supported, by viewing the logs of your NetBotz-450. To do this, go through the link http://NetBotz_address/pages/support.html and click on the logread button. In addition, you can use the modem diagnostics page http://NetBotz_address/pages/modem.html .
Try and tell us please the result.
With respect.

Dear Nisar,
Please see my earlier post on the same modem issue which worked after we reset the netbotz appliance to factory defaults, and then re-configured the modem.
?
You can also follow my tip that I posted to make this work. Please follow the step by step instructions, and see if it helps.
regards,
Bala
