Time synchronization across 400 devices

We have about 100 Racks with 400 pdu's as per attachment, but our dates and time is incorrect is there a way we can do mass configuration on these pdu's and if so how.

You can do mass snmp configuration (it's in the menu device configuration). But the DCE server acts as an NTP server. So the best option here would be to configure the devices to synchronize with the DCE server. Just be sure to check if your DCE server is set to be an NTP server in the server administration - time settings. 

If you use the DCE server as your primary NTP server for all devices your time is correct across the DCE network.
