Please use the Device Support resource to download the correct DDF-file for your cooling device. I want to note, that more recently the process of querying DDF-files has changed for the better: now you can download the DDF-files you need without contacting the support team 😀.

In addition, as stated in the post , a very important resource is a http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp. Registration on the resource is free and can help solve the problems of connecting your Schneider Electric cooling device to a DCE-server.

Hello again,

I was looking in the page but, I don't know which of equipment is for mi Air Condition UNIFLAIR-AMICO-MP40 DX.

When I added (uniflair_am_Amico_MP40_Controller), in the DCE not had any sensor and not showed me the option of Acept.  The Air Condition model is: SDAV0601A.

This is because the zip-file you specified does not contain DDF-files, that is, you downloaded the Webpages for the pCOWeb controllers.

1. Try downloading and importing this DDF-file from the Device Support resource:

This DDF-file has name uniflair_am_IT_M_Controller_TS_SNMP.xml and its ddfversion is 2.

2. If this DDF-file does not suit you, then on the resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp you need to download the zip-file with bundle DDF-files:

In addition, there is also an e-mail where you need to go if you can not get a successful result with your cooling device.

Hi, yes I charged the file uniflair_am_IT_M_Controller_TS_SNMP, but I couldn´t  see any sensor only communication sensor.

In addition I don´t update the version 7.5.0.

It´s necesary update the latest version, to see the sensors.

Updating DCE software in this case will be useless.

Try to ask for help by e-mail, which is published on the resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp (see my screenshot below) for SNMP DDF support. Describe your problem in detail and you will be sure to help.

In this topic Andres Alfredo Gonzales De La Cotera Herrera has a cooling unit SDAV0601A. Since for this cooling unit, as it turned out, it is not easy to find the correct DDF-file, I recommended Andres Alfredo Gonzales De La Cotera Herrera for the final support to apply for an e-mail:
