Hi Miguel,
To find out about DDF files, I suggest trying the "Add My Device" link on the top of the page.
To comment on your specific request, we don't usually create DDFs for gateways. I am not specifically familiar with the gateway mentioned but they are usually a modbus rs485 or 232 serial to IP type of gateway. In such cases, you would connect to the gateway to poll information on slave devices attached to this gateway. If that's the case here, you'll want DDF files for the slave devices connected to the gateway. Either way, check that link for DDF files.

You can also e-mail multivendorsupport@apcc.com to get DDF files as these requests go to the same team.
