Hi All ,
I just monitor 12 Temp sensor via netbotz200 and associate to DCO 7.5 , when I turn into 3D mode ,
there are some space on the screen ,pls see the photo as attachment , My concern is why it still appear this
issue on DCO 7.5 ? Any solution for it ? Many thanks .

Hi Chu Li,
It might be, basically the application doesn't have enough temperature information to cover the whole area, as a quick test I would add some temperature sensors to those "empty" area and see if there any changes. If it doesn't, would it be possible to share a copy of the latest backup file with me, thanks.

Hi Chu Li,
Many thanks for sharing the copy of your backup file with me - based on the available temperature information and the location of the equipment, it seems the 3D simulation is unable to cover the temperature map for whole area.
As a simple test, I tried adding/associating a temperature sensor to one of the cooling units (I-14), and the tried the simulation:
Or perhaps, as a work around, it might be considered to move the cooling unit I-14 closer to it's neighbor:
