Temperature Sensor

This question was originally posted on DCIM Support by Todd Walters on 2018-11-12

I have a temperature sensor that keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.  I have tried defaulting the card, replacing the card, new sensor.  Does this point to an issue w/ the UPS itself?  Looking for recommendations.  Thanks!

UPS:  SMX1500RM2U

Network Card:  AP9631

Firmware:  v6.6.4

It has not.  I comes and goes.  Thinking I need to replace the UPS itself.
