Hi All,
One of our customer was using Demo DCO Colo licenses.
I decided to user DCO Base Linceses.
We removed DCO Colo licenses from the system and add DCO BASE licenses.
After that, Tags are dissappeared from the system.
Is there any method getting them back ?
Regards

There should be a backup of the solution on the server from before you removed the license. As a first step try to secure the latest backup from before the tags disappeared.
I haven't heard of this issue before, so I don't know if there is a quick way to get the tags back without restoring an older backup.
Which version of DCO is the customer using?

Hi Emre,
That make sense, because additional to the basic Operations license, Tags (and configuring tags) would require Capacity license. I don't think your Tags are disappeared from the system, but you need to install the required license, ie. the Capacity license.
Kind regards
