Symmetra MW in DCE firmware versions

Hi,

customer has DCE and wants to see more than only the display firmware version like the main controller and power module firmware versions.

The only thing you see now is the Display firmware version.

See picture below

Is there a possobility to see the firmware of the main controller and the firmware of the power modules ?????.

and if not will this come in a newer version of the DCE  visible ??.

Hi Frans,

From what I can see, these values are not available in the modbus register map for the Symmetra MW. If the device does not output the value, StruxureWare DCE can not provide that value in it's interface. To get DCE to show these values, you'd need to have those values in the device then have the DDF team include the values in the DDF. Your request would need to be made of the UPS engineering team, not DCE.
