Hi,
I would like to make a report with Struxureware Version 6.1.1 that shows Alarm occurrences over a set time period. eg.
From Monday – Friday are the parameters for" time period". Then on maybe Wednesday, we have an alarm activated for a device eg. ACRC. I would like to see a spike showing Alarm occurred on this day at whatever specific time
Can this be done?

The following response in regards to Data Center Expert 7.X, but I believe that the process may be similar in version 6.1.1.
A report may be able to be generated if the device in question has a sensor such as a Status that shows: Critical, Warning, Normal, Unknown, or Unplugged.
For example:
As for the start and end date, you can specify them within the Report Criteria when generating a report.
I believe that this was a similar process back in v6.1.1 to generate a graph on alarms. In either case, to see what the alarm is, you would need to generate Alarm History for the device to see what the event was.
Monitoring Perspective > Device View Pane > Right-click on the device > Show Alarm History > Change the dates to the specific date range and select Search.
Not all devices may have these status sensors that you can generate the reports on.
I would recommend contacting your local technical support to have them verify your software support and provide upgrades. Version 6.1.1 was released in September of 2010, see the release summary for more details.
