Dear Muhammad,
In order to receive the upgrade download links to download the latest available upgrades files, you will need to contact your local country technical support. In order to receive the upgrade link, your software need to be under Software Support Contract.

if you have software support contract then its free, they will send you the link for up gradation, if not then you have to procure the software support contract in order to upgrade this.
